THINGS TO KNOW

  • Strength Workouts (M/W/F) are 50-60min including warmup, etc.  

  • Strength workouts are limited to 8 per session.  Each group has its own space, coach, etc. 

  • MetCon/Zone 2 workouts (Tues/Thurs) are 40-50min and limited to 12 per session.

  • Sign up for your workouts via the "Gym Holistic" mobile app.

  • Open gym periods do NOT require sign up via the mobile app.

  • Saturday MetCon/HIIT workouts are 35-50min and do not require sign up via the mobile app.
